In this job you:
- You will act as a business partner to different departments and projects – you will provide functional insights to management and other teams.
- You will collect, verify, analyze and consolidate financial data necessary for assessing the performance of projects.
- You will prepare monthly and periodic financial and performance reports that help monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the company's operations.
- You will create business scenarios, analyze potential outcomes, benefits and risks, and provide sound recommendations.
- You will analyze business and project results, identify root causes of deviations, and provide insights for decision-making.
- You will monitor, analyze, and control project portfolio costs, assess financial and KPI impact, and prepare analysis of completed projects.
- I participated in the annual and medium-term budget planning process in my areas of responsibility.
- You will actively contribute to the improvement of control processes and tools used to achieve greater efficiency and accuracy.
We expect you to:
- You have a higher education - bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a similar field.
- Have successful experience in the field of financial analysis or control.
- Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
- Have good MS Office skills, and SAP, Power BI and working with databases would be a great advantage.
- Able to take responsibility for results and commitments.
- You take initiative and boldly take action where you see opportunities for improvement.
- Able to stay focused and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Have analytical thinking and attention to detail.
