What are you going to do:
- Monitor, forecast and report financial indicators and other important financial data in a timely manner;
- Analyze actual results, compare them with the budget, identify deviations and their causes;
- Evaluate the financial results of projects and their compliance with the planned plans;
- Improve financial management systems, processes and control mechanisms;
- Contribute to the implementation of financial tools and software and the efficiency of processes;
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, analyses and recommendations for management;
- Be able to clearly present financial information and provide insights for business decisions based on it;
- Cooperate with external accounting, tax and other financial services partners and coordinate their work;
- Depending on business activities and help ensure effective financial management.
What to expect:
- Higher education in economics, finance or related field;
- 2-3 years of similar work experience;
- Good financial analysis and data interpretation skills;
- Knowledge of IFRS;
- Excellent oral and written English;
- Good general understanding of business processes;
- Logical and analytical thinking;
- Independence, initiative and proactive approach;
- Ability not only to notice changes in numbers, but also to understand their causes and propose solutions.
Experience in the field of auditing is an advantage.
