Altas Auto is looking for a strong Financial Controller who would become an important partner of the management in making business decisions and would actively contribute to the company's financial management, performance analysis and business process improvement.
We are looking for not only a good financial specialist, but also someone who wants to understand the business in its essence, is able to work with large amounts of data, is not afraid of change and strives for professional growth.
We will ensure a smooth introduction to the position, share our accumulated practical experience and provide all opportunities to grow with the organization. Primary responsibilities
Financial planning and analysis
Cash flow and financing management
Business control and investment assessment
- Preparation of the company's budget draft, monitoring its implementation and preparation of periodic financial forecasts.
- Comparison of actual financial results with the budget and forecasts.
- Analysis of income, expenses, margins, profitability, working capital and cash flows.
- Automation, calculation, monitoring, analysis of deviations and submission of proposals for corrective actions of financial and performance indicators (KPI).
- Preparation of analytical and management reports for management.
Cash flow and financing management
- Preparation of short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and monitoring of liquidity needs.
- Cooperation with banks and other financial institutions on issues of financing, factoring, letters of credit, guarantees, credit limits and other financial instrument administration.
- Preparation of applications, requests, questionnaires, financial calculations and other financing documents.
- Monitoring of financing conditions, limits, terms, interest, taxes, collateral and contractual financial indicators.
Business control and investment assessment
- Preparation of investment projects, payback and financial impact analyses.
- Preparation of analytical reports for managers, banks, auditors or other financial institutions.
- Control of financial data and management reports and cooperation with the Accounting Department, ensuring the accuracy of the data used.
- Participation in the development and improvement of financial management, control and business processes.
- Performance of other financial analysis, planning, control and financing administration tasks.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in finance, economics.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in financial control, financial analysis or a similar field.
- You are well versed in financial reports and business indicators.
- You are able to independently analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations to management.
- You are proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- You are curious, proactive, focused on results and continuous improvement.
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage priorities.
