What responsibilities will we entrust to:

  • budgeting and forecasting: plan cash flows throughout the entire real estate project cycle - from land acquisition to construction, sale or lease, update forecasts monthly;
  • financial control of real estate companies and individual real estate projects (SPV): monitor budget execution compared to the plan, analyze deviations, prepare periodic financial reports and insights covering construction, financing, sales, lease, etc. indicators.;
  • cost and profitability control of real estate projects: monitor capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) costs of projects and financial terms of contract agreements, prevent construction cost overruns, analyze and assess project profitability (IRR, NPV, ROI);
  • real estate investment assessment: prepare financial models and scenario analyses.

We believe that you:

  • you have a higher education in finance, economics, accounting or a related field;
  • you have at least 2 years of experience in financial control, analysis or auditing;
  • you have strong analytical and critical thinking;
  • you have very good skills in working with MS Excel and the ability to clearly present financial insights;
  • you do not lack initiative, leadership, excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • you are fluent in Lithuanian and English.

Salary

From 3300 €/mon. gross
Specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence.
