Your main responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the company's and consolidated budget, prepare financial forecasts and periodic reports;
- Analyze the financial results of the company and individual business segments, budget deviations and their causes, applying relevant business analytics tools;
- Provide managers with insights and recommendations for making financial and business decisions;
- Plan the company's cash flows, analyze the balance sheet and make proposals for optimizing financial resources;
- Model the finances of investment projects and exercise their control;
- Create and improve internal control processes, identify financial and operational risks;
- Cooperate with the accounting team, banks, auditors and other financial partners and contribute to the development of financial literacy of colleagues.
We hope you:
- Has a higher education in finance, economics, accounting or a similar field;
- Has at least 5 years of experience in financial control, analysis, audit or a similar position;
- Able to independently prepare budgets, forecasts and financial models;
- Have a good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and company performance indicators, are able to summarize information and present key conclusions;
- Work well with Excel and have experience in using and implementing relevant business analytics and data visualization tools;
- Able to see not only numbers, but also the business reasons behind them and constructively raise uncomfortable but important business questions;;
- Able to cooperate with colleagues from different fields and external financial partners; i
- Have a good command of Lithuanian and English.
