[b]In this role you will:[/b]
- Consult private clients on products, identify client needs and provide the most appropriate financial solution
- Sales of banking products (loans, savings, daily banking services)
- Build, maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, create added value for the client and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Achieve both individual and team goals
- Professionally and timely complete assigned tasks, in accordance with the bank's internal procedures and responsibilities
[b]Candidate requirements:[/b]
- 1 year of experience in financial product sales is required
- Higher education is required (finance is an advantage)
- Knowledge of banking services and products, experience in working with private clients
- Active sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian, preferably English and Russian
- Quick and independent problem solving in non-standard situations, ability to adapt to changes
