Nature of work:
- Ensure close cooperation between finance and business units, providing analytical insights
- Actively participate in decision-making, providing financial insights and recommendations
- Analyze project and company performance results, identify risks and growth opportunities
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring their quality and relevance
- Monitor KPIs, interpret results and initiate performance improvement decisions
- Prepare and present clear and insightful financial information to management
- Initiate and implement improvements to financial processes and tools
Requirements:
- University degree in finance, economics or related field
- Experience in FP&A, audit or similar field
- Ability to see the big picture and link financial data to business decisions
- Proactive approach and responsibility for own decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to influence decision-making
- Excellent knowledge of Excel; BI tools (e.g. Power BI) – an advantage
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
