You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Leading the Financial Analysis and Planning team, organizing its activities and ensuring timely and high-quality achievement of results;
• Developing and improving the company's financial management and control processes, calculation models and tools for financial data management and analysis;
• Organizing the preparation and monitoring of the company's short-term and long-term financial plans;
• Carrying out financial supervision and economic assessment of large investment projects;
• Preparing and coordinating financial and analytical reports for the company's divisions and management;
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to management, identifying risks, deviations and performance improvement opportunities;
• Cooperating with the company's divisions and group companies on planning, forecasting and performance analysis issues;
• Consulting company employees on finance and accounting issues.

• At least five years of work experience in the field of financial control, analysis, planning or financial audit and higher education in the field of finance, economics or business management;
• Knowledge of the principles of financial management, planning, budgeting, cost control and international financial reporting standards;
• Experience in coordinating team activities or leading employees;
• Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs (especially Excel);
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time;
• Analytical thinking, initiative and ability to cooperate with different stakeholders;
• Good English language skills.

An advantage would be:

• Experience with databases and computational models related to the creation of Big Data (Power Pivot, Pivot Chart, Power BI, etc.);
• Strategic thinking, ability to manage large information flows and make data-driven decisions;
• Experience in initiating and implementing financial planning, analysis and automation solutions, including data analytics and application of artificial intelligence.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 4,260 to EUR 6,380 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
