Your responsibilities:
- analyze accounting, financial and related business process data;
- verify data quality and compatibility between ERP, accounting and reporting systems;
- identify and analyze financial data discrepancies and help determine their causes;
- help ensure correct entry of financial data into the General Ledger (GL);
- create, improve and maintain financial reports and analysis tools using Excel and Power BI;
- participate in financial and accounting process automation projects;
- contribute to the improvement of ERP system processes, data structure and control mechanisms.
What to expect:
- Higher education or equivalent in exact sciences, finance, economics, accounting, information systems or a related field is desirable;
- 1-3 years of work experience in the field of accounting, auditing or financial processes;
- good understanding of basic accounting principles and debit and credit logic;
- understanding of basic accounting processes:
- Accounts Payable (AP);
- Accounts Receivable (AR);
- General Ledger (GL);
- chart of accounts and relationships between accounting accounts.
- excellent working skills in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTable, XLOOKUP and other data analysis functions;
- work experience with accounting, personnel management or other business information systems;
- ability to analyze larger amounts of data, notice discrepancies and determine their causes;
- English language skills at least B2 level;
- interest in process automation, systems and data analysis.
We would consider the advantages:
- experience in accounting, personnel management or ERP system implementation, migration or improvement projects;
- experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or other similar systems;
- experience working with Power BI, SQL basics.
