With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with financial market operations, providing the highest quality clearing and collateral management services to our large and medium-sized corporate clients and institutions, as well as to the Swedbank Group itself;
- Manage collateral for derivative financial instruments for bank and client transactions, both by sending and responding to incoming margin calls;
- Get acquainted with EMIR regulatory mechanisms and risk management of derivative financial instruments markets;
- Better understand the derivative products traded by the bank and its clients (OTC and ETD derivatives), the bank's processes, structure and network of interconnected systems;
- Contribute to process improvement, seek ways to reduce operational risk.
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance or another related field;
- Experience in collateral management or back-office operations working with derivatives;
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written). Required, as all work communication is in English;
- Motivation and curiosity to learn new things - especially related to financial markets;
- General understanding of financial markets and their products;
- Strong computer skills. Knowledge of VBA programming would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, positivity, hard work;
- Initiative, efficiency, analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsible;
- Ability to work smoothly under tight deadlines.
