We are looking for someone who will not only manage the numbers but also shape the financial architecture of the group. This is a position where decisions directly affect the growth rate of the group.
Main responsibilities:
🌲Financial strategy and group management
🌲Cash flow management and financing
- Lead and form the finance department—team, processes, standards;
- Prepare and implement the group's financial strategy: budget, forecasts (long-term and short-term), group KPI monitoring;
- Ensure accurate, timely preparation of internal and external reports;
- Prepare and analyze reports for the management team and the board, ensure correct calculation of the profitability of individual cost centers and projects;
- Evaluate investment projects at all stages — from initial analysis to payback;
- Ensuring the optimal tax structure in accordance with applicable legislation;
- Cooperate with controlling and supervisory authorities (auditors, STI, Sodra, VDA, etc.).
🌲Cash flow management and financing
- Cash flow forecasting and management (both at the operational and strategic levels);
- Structuring financing of investment projects, negotiations on loans, credit lines, or other debt instruments;
- Maintaining relationships with banks and credit institutions, optimizing financing instruments and conditions;
- Strengthening financial processes;
- Standardizing and automating accounting processes at the group level;
- Eliminating duplication, accelerating reporting, implementing the necessary tools;
- Ensuring a culture of teamwork and proactivity in the finance department.
Competences important to us:
- Experience in leading a finance team and effectively delegating;
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
- Experience in cash flow management and financing/refinancing;
- Ability to clearly communicate and argue a position at C-level;
- Knowledge of group finance, intercompany and transfer pricing;
- Excel / BI / financial systems proficiency;
- Experience in M&A transactions is a big advantage.
