In this position, you will be responsible for the company's finance and accounting function and actively contribute to business decisions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Organize and ensure smooth operation of finance and accounting processes.
• Lead the finance and accounting team, plan work and ensure its quality.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial periods.
• Prepare financial, management and other reports for management.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and analyze their implementation.
• Manage the company's cash flows and ensure financial stability.
• Analyze income, expenses, profitability and other key performance indicators.
• Provide management with insights and recommendations that help make business decisions.
• Ensure correct tax calculation, declaration and compliance of financial accounting with legal acts.
• Coordinate audits and cooperate with auditors, banks and state institutions.
• Identify financial risks, seek efficiency opportunities and initiate changes.
• Improve and automate financial and accounting processes.

We hope that you:

• Have at least 3 years of work experience in finance, accounting or auditing.
• Have experience in managing a finance or accounting function or are ready to take the next step in your career.
• You have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian accounting, tax and financial reporting principles.
• Are able to independently prepare financial statements, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Know how to analyze financial data, notice risks and propose solutions.
• Have experience working with the Rivilė GAMA accounting system (an advantage).
• You are excellent at MS Excel and are able to analyze large amounts of data.
• Are able to plan work, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• You are responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
• You are able to communicate clearly with colleagues, management and external partners.
• You speak Lithuanian and English.

Experience in the transport or logistics sector would be an advantage, but the most important thing for us is your competence, attitude and desire to create value for the business.
