Nature of work
- You will form the company's financial management strategy and ensure its implementation.
- You will prepare budgets, financial forecasts and long-term business plans, monitor their implementation.
- You will analyze income, expenses, profitability, cash flows and other key financial indicators.
- You will prepare financial reports for management, provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- You will assess the financial feasibility and potential risks of investments, new projects and changes in operations.
- You will ensure accurate accounting, timely submission of reports and compliance with legal acts and tax requirements.
- You will oversee the company's liquidity, financial obligations and working capital management.
- You will cooperate with banks, auditors, tax administrators and other external partners.
- You will improve financial management processes, initiate their digitization and automation.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or another related field.
- Successful experience in financial management, planning and analysis.
- Ability to transform financial data into clear insights and practical business decisions.
- Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, tax and financial reporting principles.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, thoroughness and result orientation.
- Ability to independently set priorities, manage multiple tasks and take responsibility for decisions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with managers, employees and external partners.
- Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting or business management systems.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Honesty, loyalty and discretion when working with confidential company information.
