Main responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the financial management strategy of the group of companies
- Lead the budgeting, financial planning and forecasting processes
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
- Manage cash flows, liquidity, working capital and financing needs
- Analyze the profitability, cost structure and key performance indicators of the group and individual business units
- Provide management with insights and recommendations based on financial data
- Ensure effective internal control, risk management and financial control processes
- Initiate and implement process improvement and automation solutions
- Cooperate with banks, auditors and other external partners
- Lead the finance team and ensure its effective work
Requirements for the candidate:
- University degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in financial management
- Experience working with multi-company or multi-department financial management (advantage)
- Strong budgeting, planning, forecasting and cash flow management skills
- Excellent financial analysis and performance measurement skills
- Good knowledge of accounting, tax and financial control principles
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
- Good knowledge of English
