LTK Food Group is looking for a Finance Manager who would take responsibility for the financial management of the group and become a reliable business partner for the management.
We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of accounting, but has already moved into a financial management role - is able to see the business through the numbers, make data-based decisions and help the organization grow.
What will you do?
We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of accounting, but has already moved into a financial management role - is able to see the business through the numbers, make data-based decisions and help the organization grow.
What will you do?
- You will form and implement the principles of financial management of the group.
- You will coordinate budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- You will ensure timely financial and management reporting.
- You will manage cash flows, liquidity and working capital.
- You will analyze the profitability, cost structure and performance indicators of the group and individual restaurants and production units.
- You will provide financial insights to the management and participate in making business decisions.
- You will cooperate with banks, auditors and other external partners.
- You will lead the finance team and contribute to the improvement of financial processes.
We hope you
- Have a strong accounting and tax background.
- Have worked as a Chief Accountant, Accounting Manager, Head of Finance or Finance Manager.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the role of Finance Manager or Head of Finance.
- Have good knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Be able to analyze performance and financial indicators and translate them into business decisions.
- Have worked with the finances of several companies, several divisions or retail outlets - this would be an advantage.
- Be able to work independently, make decisions and discuss constructively with business managers.
- Have a higher education in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
- Know English.
