Nature of work
- participation in developing and implementing the financial management and control strategy;
- leading the financial management team, developing employees, ensuring operational efficiency and shaping the direction of financial management together with the CFO;
- participation in short-term and long-term financial planning, analysis of performance results and financial indicators, cash flow forecasting and management;
- coordination of the processes of preparing financial statements of regulated activities;
- participation in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS and determining and assessing the value of the company's assets or business;
- coordination of risk management processes and ensuring effective insurance of the company;
- initiating and implementing financial process efficiency, automation and business analytics (BI) solutions, strengthening data-based analysis of reports and decision-making;
- contribution to the implementation of a new financial management system.
Employee requirements
- higher university education in finance, economics, auditing or similar;
- experience in financial management or auditing and managerial work;
- experience in treasury and risk management or coordination;
- skills in forecasting, financial planning, cash flow management;
- knowledge of financial accounting, accounting regulations, IFRS;
- knowledge of asset and business valuation standards and ability to apply them in practice;
- very good oral and written English;
- strong leadership, ability to empower, motivate and mobilize a team to achieve common goals and implement changes;
- analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information, manage information flows;
- Initiative, responsibility, entrepreneurship and orientation towards external/internal customers.

EUR 5400–6700 (taxes included), depending on competences and experience.
