NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner,who will ensure that the organization is managed efficiently and fairly in terms of financial operations, perform financial data analysis and budget control

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:

• Business Partnership - cooperate with various departments, provide financial insights and help make informed decisions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting - plan budgets, control their execution, analyze results and prepare forecasts.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting - prepare analyses, provide conclusions and recommendations, and present them to management and teams.
• Risk Management - identify and assess financial risks, propose solutions to manage them.
• Process Improvement - look for opportunities to optimize financial processes, systems and reports to achieve greater accuracy and efficiency.

FOR A SUCCESSFUL JOB YOU WILL NEED:

• Higher university education in finance, economics or a similar field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of finance (preferably in a similar position, Financial Controller or Analyst).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Ability to systematically see business processes and interpret them.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, financial modeling and forecasting.
• Initiative, flexibility, ability to cooperate and build strong professional relationships.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 20.53 - 29.73 €/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: 3425 - 4960 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working time.

Final salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
