Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective operation of the branded store network, the implementation of sales goals and high quality of customer service.
- Organize and develop the store team: carry out selections of managers and executives, coordinate their induction, adaptation and training processes.
- Regularly visit stores, assess performance results, compliance with trade standards and initiate solutions that increase operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales results, performance indicators, customer needs and market trends, prepare reports and provide proposals to improve business results.
- Manage the product range, balances and order processes, ensuring optimal product availability and sales potential.
- Plan and coordinate sales promotion actions, promotions, product placement and positioning in stores.
- Organize and control inventories, supervise write-off processes and implement measures to reduce losses.
- Ensure compliance with trade processes, documentation, cashier operations, internal rules and legal requirements throughout the store network.
- Take care of the image of branded stores, customer experience and consistent maintenance of operating standards.
- Cooperate with other company departments, suppliers, partners and franchise representatives to ensure smooth management of trade processes.
- Coordinate the opening processes of new branded stores: plan preparation for trade, ensure the readiness of the assortment, inventory, product layout and team for a successful start.
It is important to us that you:
- You would have at least 2 years of management experience in the retail sector, managing a chain of stores or several retail outlets.
- You would have a good understanding of retail processes, sales management principles and be able to ensure effective store operations.
- You would be able to analyze performance and sales indicators, make data-based decisions and initiate changes to improve performance.
- You would have experience in forming, developing and motivating teams to achieve high performance results.
- You would be focused on customer experience, the implementation of sales goals and continuous improvement of performance.
- You would be able to independently plan work, set priorities and effectively manage several areas of responsibility simultaneously.
- You would be distinguished by leadership, initiative, responsibility and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You would have very good computer skills, especially in the Microsoft 365 environment, and good Excel skills (data analysis, report preparation, use of formulas).
Your workplace:
Vilnius (Kareivių g. 11B), but you will very often visit our branded stores throughout Lithuania.

Although it was founded in 1953, we associate the revival of the company with 2001, when it was privatized by the Kurganov family, which until now has been wholeheartedly involved in the life of "Biržai duonas".
We are famous for rye sourdough bread, the production process of which often takes more than 3 days. Creativity has followed "Biržų duona" from the very beginning, so the assortment includes a rich palette of traditional Lithuanian baked goods, handmade desserts, delicacies inspired by foreign traditions.
We also bake products suitable for Gluten Free and KETO diets.
"Biržai duona" loves and protects its environment. The bakery uses clean, locally produced solar energy. It is also equipped with modern thermal energy saving technology, with the help of which the energy released during the cooking process is collected and reused. The special leaven created by our technologists allows us to use non-marketable breads for the production of other breads and thus give them a second life.
