A highly regarded modern Neapolitan pizza pizzeria in Vilnius is looking for a Floor Manager / Hall Manager.
We are a quality-oriented restaurant where food, service and attention to detail are very important. We are looking for a responsible and reliable person who would like to become an important part of our hall team.
We are looking for not just a waiter or a “superhero” who comes thinking that he already knows everything. We are looking for someone who knows how to listen, learn our working principles and, over time, offer their own ideas and real improvements.
Your responsibilities
We want someone who does not want to just "work a shift", but wants to grow with the restaurant and actively contribute to its development.
Work schedule
0.75–1.0 full-time, depending on opportunities.
Tuesday-Friday: 17:00-22:00
Saturday-Sunday: around 13:00-22:00
Sometimes some extra time will be needed before opening and after closing for preparation and closing work.
Ability to work at least 2 weekends per month is required.
💰 Salary
From €10/hour in hand, depending on experience and responsibilities.

- Working in the hall during the main restaurant working hours
- Coordination of the hall team during the shift
- Creating work schedules for waiters
- Controlling the hall inventory and preparing weekly orders
- Constant feedback to management about service, the team and problems
- Training new employees and assisting the team
- Improving the hall's work procedures and service standards
- Assistance in creating and improving the hall's procedures during the onboarding period
