What do we expect from you?
- You are creative, responsible and positive;
- You have graduated from floristry studies (an advantage, but not necessary);
- You have work experience in floristry (an advantage, but not necessary);
- You have an aesthetic sense and love for flowers;
- You are able to work both in a team and independently;
- You are ready to learn and improve;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both written and spoken, Russian and English - an advantage;
- You know how to communicate with clients in a pleasant and professional manner;
- You can work not only on weekdays, but also on weekends.
Your responsibilities:
- Receiving flowers in the store and arranging them;
- Maintaining the display case and its aesthetic design;
- Regular flower care: changing water, cutting stems, washing vases and maintaining general order in the salon;
- Creating flower bouquets and compositions;
- Gift wrapping;
- Working with helium balloons – inflating them according to customer requests and maintaining the balloon display case;
- Working at the cash register;
- Professional customer service live, by phone and on social networks;
- Creating content for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) – posts, stories and other creative ideas.
