Nature of work
INVL Asset Management is looking for a new colleague to join the Alternative Funds Coordination team. For this position, we are looking for people who are able to not only maintain attention to detail, but also see the big picture.
- Administration and coordination of the activities of the financing funds.
- Assistance to the Funds Coordinators in managing the activities of other alternative investment funds (AIFs).
- Assist in the preparation of various internal and external documents related to the activities of the AIF, portfolio companies, the management company and other group entities.
- Assist in the coordination of decision-making processes (preparation of draft decisions, meeting materials, minutes, etc.).
- Contribute to the review and update of rules, policies, processes and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining relations between the AIF investment specialists and the management company.
- Assist in liaising with internal (sales, finance, compliance, etc.) and external stakeholders (supervisory authority, depositary, etc.).
- Participate in the establishment of new AIFs, providing necessary support.
- Other organisational, technical and administrative tasks.
Employee requirements
- University degree (in law, economics, management or a related field), may be final year students.
- Similar work experience in the field of law, finance or administration would be considered an advantage.
- Ability to express thoughts clearly both in writing and orally.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to structure and systematize information.
- Attention to detail, responsibility and initiative.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a coordinator position.
- Helpfulness and willingness to help colleagues in team projects.
- Good skills in working with MS Office programs and excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (written and oral).
