Nature of work
- Organize and supervise the daily operations of the molding line (production of ship glass plastic components), ensuring timely execution of the production plan in accordance with the established quality requirements;
- Lead a team of line employees: delegate tasks, control workload, motivate and develop team members;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, technological processes and quality standards in molding processes;
- Propose solutions to increase production efficiency and product quality;
- Cooperate with other departments (assembly, supply, personnel) to achieve a smooth overall production process;
- Control the consumption of raw materials and materials;
- Participate in the selection, adaptation and training of new employees.
Employee requirements
- Experience in leading a production unit or team (advantage);
- Ability to organize work, make decisions and take responsibility for results;
- Leadership and team management skills (advantage);
- Computer literacy (MS Excel and Word). We train you to work with the production accounting system used;
- Responsibility, initiative, result orientation.
