There are people who dream of their own business. There are investors who are looking for new investment opportunities. Your job is to become a bridge between Aromatic •89• and a partner.
Aromatic •89• today is a team of 80+ people, 1000+ B2B clients and 35+ franchise partners operating in the Baltic States, Poland, Armenia, Czech Republic. We are now expanding throughout Europe, with the ambition to become one of the most famous European fragrance brands.
This is a NEW position — we do not have our own head of this direction yet. You will not come to take over the system, but to create it from day one.

what will you do
- You will communicate daily via video calls with people all over Europe who are interested in the business opportunity
- You will present the Aromatic •89• model and economics — 35+ operating franchise partners will be your best argument
- You will sell not the product, but the opportunity: your business, your income, your future
- You will guide the candidate from the first interview to the signed contract and the opening of the store
- You will actively HUNT new candidates — you will not only answer inquiries
What are we hoping for
- Sales or business development experience (B2B, franchise or similar — an area where you need to sell yourself, your company and your idea, not just present)
- Excellent English level — you will communicate with candidates from different countries every day
- Ability to build trust through the screen, not just in person
- Discipline to work with a daily call routine and clear goals
