FRANCHISE RESTAURANT COORDINATION TECHNOLOGIST

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You will supervise the technological processes, quality of dishes and compliance with food safety standards of franchise restaurants.
• You will conduct restaurant inspections, record non-conformities and coordinate their resolution.
• You will coordinate the implementation of recipes, menus and new technological processes.
• You will prepare and update technological cards, production and serving instructions.
• You will organize the testing and implementation of new dishes and raw materials.
• You will analyze the cost of dishes, quality and production processes.
• You will consult and train franchise partner restaurant teams.
• You will organize technological training and help ensure a uniform understanding and application of the standards we have set in different markets.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Higher or higher education in food technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a technologist in the field of public catering.
• Good knowledge of production technologies, HACCP, food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Independence, responsibility and good organizational and communication skills.
• Good command of Lithuanian and English - English is a must.
• Knowledge of Russian and/or Polish - an advantage.
• Ability to spend part of the month on business trips in Lithuania and abroad.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good computer skills. Experience with "iiko", "Syrve", POS or ERP systems - an advantage.

• This position will require a lot of independence, diplomatic communication with franchise partners in different countries and the ability to transfer your technological knowledge to others.
• This is not an office job - you will spend part of the month on business trips and work together with restaurant teams in Lithuania and abroad.
