Fraud Prevention/Compliance Specialist

communication with clients for additional information and/or submission of documents, verification and assessment of provided information and documents, recording in systems;
independent collection, evaluation, and recording of documents and data required for proper ongoing due diligence and assessment of clients' operations;
conducting internal client activity investigations, systematic documentation, writing conclusions and recommendations;
reporting of suspicious financial transactions/client activities (STRs/SARs) to the local FIU;
communication with law enforcement, other institutions;
execution of other tasks assigned by the department or unit head;
continuous professional development in the fields of Fraud Prevention, Customer Knowledge, and Compliance (participation in mandatory training and self-directed learning).

at least 1 year of experience in AML investigation and financial crimes reporting or similar field;
experience conducting fraud investigations, identifying schemes and patterns and documenting findings;
ability to communicate with clients to obtain, verify and assess information and documentation;
experience with ODD, client activity reviews and transaction analysis;
strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently;
fluent in spoken Lithuanian and English with proficiency in formal written Lithuanian and English;
knowledge and hands-on experience with STR/SAR reporting to the local FIU and other institutions would be a plus.

2300-2650 €/mon. gross
