- Sales & Business Development.
- Identify and acquire new clients (shippers) across the EU market, cooperate with existing ones.
- Sell transport services (FTL, LTL, ).
- Conduct negotiations and prepare commercial offers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor market rates and set competitive pricing.
- Work with freight exchange platforms such as Timocom and Trans eu, Teleroute and others.
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role (Freight Sales / Logistics / Freight Forwarding).
- Strong understanding of road transport (FTL, LTL) and EU logistics market.
- Experience working with freight exchange platforms such as Timocom and Trans eu and others.
- Ability to manage pricing and ensure profitability (margin-focused mindset).
- English – mandatory (both written and spoken).
