Nature of work
- Preparation of production equipment and lines for work (washing, disinfection);
- Organization and control of production processes (preparation of ice cream mix according to recipes, accounting of food raw materials and additives, connection of freezers for packaging, etc.);
- Management of the freezer and ensuring its uninterrupted and accurate work;
- Work on a 12-hour rolling schedule, in two shifts (day - from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., night - from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.);
Employee requirements
- Secondary education (higher or professional education related to food technology would be an advantage);
- Diligence, orderliness, responsibility, independence;
- Responsible approach to food safety requirements and good hygiene skills.
