About the position
We are looking for someone who would come to create, not administer.
This is an opportunity to develop the FTL direction from scratch in an international logistics company. We have an existing customer and flow base (import, export), but we are looking for someone who would take responsibility and refine and develop a full FTL activity.
This position is especially relevant for those who work in the FTL field today, have more potential than their current role allows, but do not have room to grow or take on more responsibility.

Your responsibilities
- Create and develop the FTL direction from the ground up;
- Organize and manage full loads across Europe on a hands-on basis;
- Create operational structure, processes and KPIs;
- Prepare and manage the department's budget, monitor the implementation of results;
- Actively work with customers and carriers, expand the network;
- Form a team - participate in the selection and have a real influence on decision-making;
- Cooperate with other departments by integrating the FTL service into common activities.
What are we hoping for
- Experience in the field of FTL / forwarding and a clear understanding of the process from A to Z;
- Ability to organize transportation yourself, solve situations and make decisions;
- A network of contacts (carriers or customers) is a big advantage;
- Entrepreneurial thinking and responsibility for the result;
- Want to leave your comfort zone and create new activities;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Polish is a big advantage.
