FTL Team Lead | FTL Expedition Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced FTL specialist who would like to become one of the key people in developing FTL activities at NTG Lithuania.

This position will be a great fit for someone who is already successfully working in the FTL forwarding field, is able to independently organize full truckload transportation and wants to have more influence on the results and development of the activity.

We have an existing client base, an international NTG network and a strong organizational foundation. We are looking for someone who can help grow the FTL business with us.

Organize and manage full truckload (FTL) transportation in Europe
Actively work with transport exchanges (Trans.eu, Timocom, Cargo.lt, etc.)
Search for carriers and build long-term cooperative relationships
Work with existing customers and contribute to attracting new customers
Ensure smooth execution of transportation and high quality of services
Contribute to the development of FTL activities and the implementation of best practices
Participate in forming and strengthening the FTL team

At least 2-3 years of experience in FTL forwarding
Ability to independently organize full load transportation
Experience working with transport exchanges
Good negotiation skills in working with carriers and customers
Result-oriented and proactive
Good knowledge of English
Polish would be an advantage
