We invite you to join Pon.Bike, one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in the world, and become an employee of the Final Assembly Line of Pon.Bike Lithuania. You will be reporting to the Final Assembly Line Team Leader and your primary focus will be to attach the necessary parts to the bike frame on the assembly line.

Your responsibilities:
- Fasten various parts, wheels to the bicycle frame in the assembly line.
- Work with electric spinners and tools on a moving conveyor.
- Check the quality of performed operations.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives, submit proposals.
- Follow established policies, procedures and values at work.
- Comply with all safety and health requirements.
- Being a good team player ie. i.e. to help others when needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader or department head.
This job requires:
- Experience in a manufacturing company (near field - a big advantage).
- Diligence, attention to details.
- Ability to work according to work procedures and instructions.
- Willingness to participate in process improvement projects, to propose ideas (knowledge of LEAN concepts, methods and techniques is an advantage).
- Communicability when working with colleagues, orientation to the result.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian language (oral and written).
