We are looking for someone who:
- Has successful team management experience and is able to mobilize a team to achieve ambitious goals
- Is results-oriented, makes quick and well-founded decisions and responds promptly to a changing situation
- Has strong communication, negotiation and sales skills, is able to build long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Is able to analyze performance indicators, identify causes that influence results and make data-based decisions
- Sees market trends, identifies growth opportunities and initiates performance improvement decisions
- Is able to create and improve work processes, takes responsibility for their implementation and results
- Effectively plans his/her work, sets priorities, meets deadlines and takes initiative

- Organizing the work of the cattle purchasing managers team, distributing tasks and motivating the team
- Maintaining relations with large Lithuanian farmers and developing cooperation
- Monitoring, analyzing performance indicators and implementing improvement initiatives, making decisions based on data
- Market analysis, monitoring market share and identifying growth opportunities
- Participation in project activities and their initiation, aiming to improve operational efficiency and results
- Working with the assigned market share, ensuring the implementation of the set goals
