- Have a driver's license
- Distinguished by logical thinking, developed negotiation skills, perseverance, entrepreneurship, demanding of oneself
- You are able to convince and with your courage you are able to influence others

- Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing and new customers (farmers)
- Active search for new customers
- Visiting customers (farmers)
- Preparing commercial offers
- Organizing, executing and controlling the procurement process

- Improving operational processes, identifying problems and effectively solving them
