PRODUCT GROUP PRODUCTION MANAGER

AB "AKSA" - a reinforced concrete manufacturing company with factories in Kaunas and Visaginas, is looking for a Motivated PRODUCT GROUP PRODUCTION MANAGER - a production manager for one of the most important product groups of the Company, in Kaunas.

PRODUCT GROUP PRODUCTION MANAGER, who will be responsible for the effective organization of work of more than 50 employees of the AB "Aksa" Kaunas factory, Forming shop, wall element lines, drawing up production plans and timely fulfillment of their contractual obligations.

OUR team expects that the team member who joins us will have the appropriate competencies that will help him/her effectively manage the production process, ensure high quality and contribute to the success of the organization:

• will have at least 3 years of managerial experience in a construction or manufacturing company;
• will have a higher technical education (education in the field of construction is an advantage);
• will be an excellent production organizer and will be able to quickly master new processes;
• will have very good planning skills;
• will have leadership qualities: will be able to motivate the team by his/her personal example, overcoming difficulties and challenges, which will certainly not be lacking in everyday production;
• will have constructive skills in working with personnel: will be demanding in order to ensure the most efficient work of employees, but - cooperative, seeking the best balance between employees and the interests of the Company in a specific situation;
• will be able to effectively manage raw materials, time, finances and personnel in order to optimize production processes and reduce costs;
• will be result-oriented – timely fulfillment of contractual obligations, ensuring quality indicators;
• will be able to implement/apply and maintain production management systems that will ensure effective organization of the production process;
• will have very good analytical skills and the ability to respond promptly and solve problems;

Dynamic and challenging, not boring and responsible work. However, we certainly cannot promise calm or consistently smooth work, although it is doubtful that such work occurs in production, but we hope that a good production manager of his department will definitely look for solutions on how processes can be improved/optimized and carried out with fewer resources.
