We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible product smoker to join our team. This position requires extreme diligence, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the highest product quality standards.
✅ JOB DESCRIPTION:
✔️Smoking meat products according to technological requirements and production plan;
✔️Working with automated and semi-automated smoking chambers, their management and maintenance;
✔️Monitoring and regulating temperature, humidity, and other parameters of the smoking process;
✔️Ensuring that the products meet established quality and safety standards;
✔️Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace according to food safety requirements.
