Product Warehouse Foreman (Sirvintos Production Unit)

Organization of production and warehouse processes, coordination of team work and ensuring quality and order in all product movement chains - from acceptance to inventory:

Organization of warehouse and packaging team work, distribution of tasks and ensuring work results;
Warehouse activity planning: coordination of employee working hours, resources and production flows;
Control of production acceptance, storage, assembly, sorting and dispatch processes;
Administration of warehouse accounting and documentation (waybills, balances, sorting acts, data entry into systems);
Ensuring compliance with quality, temperature regimes, food safety, hygiene and employee safety requirements;
Work with company information systems ("Rivile", quality management programs, etc.);
Monitoring of warehouse performance indicators, process analysis and implementation of activity efficiency initiatives.

ability to plan, coordinate processes and manage a team;
responsible attitude to work;
at least 1 year of experience in the field of production, logistics or warehousing, experience in management is an advantage;
higher or higher education (in the field of production, industry, logistics or management is an advantage);
smooth and clear communication, ability to form and mobilize a team;
good working skills in MS Office programs;
Category B driver's license.
