Nature of work
UAB "Intelligent solar" is looking for an operator of solar cell soldering, robotic arm, and matrix soldering equipment. The operator will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and adjustment of the aforementioned equipment. The work is carried out on the principle of both serial and project production, therefore, constant changes and adjustments of equipment parameters are required.
Main tasks:

- Work on the line with solar cell soldering equipment, robotic arm, and solar cell matrix soldering equipment, ensuring the efficiency of the production line;
- Constantly change equipment parameters and adjust them according to production needs;
- Implement equipment maintenance plans;
- Diagnose failures, analyze their causes together with an engineer and solve technical problems;
- Monitor and control production quality and ensure that it meets established standards.
