Lithuanian-Norwegian UAB "NORVELITA" - one of the largest fish processing companies in Lithuania - invites a production line operator to join the team.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Management and maintenance of the production line and its equipment;
- Preparation of equipment for work, start-up and shutdown;
- Monitoring the production process and ensuring smooth operation of the line;
- Setting and adjusting equipment parameters according to production needs;
- Prompt response to minor equipment malfunctions;
- Monitoring the quality of manufactured products;
- Compliance with hygiene, food safety and occupational safety requirements;
- Cooperation with the shift manager, technical and other production department employees.
Requirements for the candidate:
- You have a technical mindset and are not afraid of working with production equipment;
- You are responsible, attentive and able to independently solve problems that arise;
- You are able to quickly respond to changes in the production process;
- You are ready to learn and gain new knowledge;
- You have experience working in production or with production equipment - this would be a great advantage;
- Experience in the food industry - an advantage.
The company offers
- 1,200–1,500 Eur/month. salary in hand, depending on experience, competencies and work results;
