Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced technician/engineer to work on a fully automated IFCO plastic crate washing and preparation line, ensuring smooth, safe and efficient operation of the equipment and minimal unplanned downtime.
The line uses modern crate washing equipment, a drying centrifuge, automatic conveyors and automated crate stacking, palletizing and wrapping systems.

ADVANTAGES
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the washing line and auxiliary equipment to achieve maximum production efficiency
- Perform preventive maintenance according to plans
- Diagnose and eliminate mechanical, electrical and pneumatic failures
- Reduce unplanned equipment downtime by applying both temporary and long-term technical solutions
- Ensure that all protective devices and safety elements are in order and in use
- Check and confirm the quality of repair work performed in order to avoid recurring failures
- Record failures, downtime and work performed in technical documentation
- Perform quality checks and tests of washing results according to established procedures
- Record washing process parameters and test results in technical documentation
- Cooperate with production managers, shift leaders and external service providers
- Escalate complex failures, which cannot be eliminated within a reasonable time
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical education (electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, automation, etc.)
- Experience working with automated production and/or packaging equipment
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical diagrams and instructions
- Responsibility, independence, result-oriented and safety-oriented
ADVANTAGES
- Experience in automated FMCG, food or container washing lines
- Understanding of PLC inputs/outputs (for diagnostics)
- Experience with frequency converters, motors, sensors
- Experience working with conveyors and drives
- Technical English
