Production shift manager

JOB CHARACTER

  • Adherence to the production plan, set goals and set deadlines during the shift;
  • Effective organization, distribution and control of work for shift workers;
  • Monitoring equipment and promptly resolving technical problems;
  • Achieving the shift result, completing the necessary documentation, preparing reports;
  • Ensuring the production process, compliance with the established quality, technological and safety requirements;
  • Motivating, training shift workers, ensuring order and discipline.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Experience in the position of production/shift manager/foreman;
  • Technical or engineering higher/higher education;
  • At least 1-2 years of successful work experience in the field of production leading a team;
  • Experience in analyzing production processes and applying effective technological and organizational solutions;
  • Ability to adhere to a production plan, manage daily situations and quickly adapt to changes;
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (MS Office);
  • Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language (English/Russian is considered an advantage);
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various team members;
  • Initiative, curiosity, desire to improve;
  • Experience in production planning, organization and control;
  • Change management skills, creativity, consistency and perseverance in achieving goals;
  • Experience in a LEAN environment, applying appropriate tools and methodologies.
