Nature of work
- Organization of work of shift workers, distribution of tasks and control of their execution;
- Development, motivation, promotion of involvement and ensuring smooth work of team workers;
- Organization of introduction, adaptation and training of new employees;
- Ensuring the implementation of the production plan and production quality;
- Supervision of the work, productivity and proper use of production equipment;
- Operational solution of problems arising during production;
- Control of the distribution and use of raw materials, packaging and other materials necessary for production;
- Ensuring compliance with labor discipline, work and fire safety, order and cleanliness requirements;
- Recording of shift results, production downtime and problems that have arisen and providing information.
Work schedule: 3 working days / 3 days off / 3 working nights / 3 days off. Day shift – 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, night shift – 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in a production, shift manager or similar position;
- Experience in leading a team of employees;
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment;
- Ability to independently organize work, distribute tasks and ensure their completion;
- Promptness in making decisions and solving emerging problems;
- Responsibility, diligence, demanding attitude towards oneself and the team and result orientation;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage.
