We are looking for a strong, ambitious and results-oriented manager who is able not only to organize shift work, but also to mobilize the team, develop employees and ensure high operational efficiency. Job description:
  • Ensure smooth, efficient and safe organization of shift work.
  • Lead a team of production employees: plan work, distribute tasks, develop, motivate and involve employees in achieving common results.
  • Organize the introduction of new employees to work, ensure a smooth adaptation process and consistent training in the workplace.
  • Monitor the adaptation process of new employees, assess their progress, provide feedback and ensure necessary assistance in integrating into the team.
  • Contribute to the development of employee competencies, strengthening work culture and team growth.
  • Promptly solve problems arising in the production process and make timely decisions.
  • Ensure timely execution of production plans, in compliance with quality, productivity and safety requirements.
  • Control production processes, production accounting and quality indicators.
  • Analyze performance results, initiate process improvement and efficiency improvement solutions.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Prepare reports for management and actively contribute to the improvement of the department's activities and the implementation of strategic goals.
  • Work on a rotating shift schedule: 3 working days / 3 days off / 3 working nights.

Employee requirements

We hope that you:
  • Have successful work experience in a manufacturing company leading a team (shift manager, foreman, team leader or similar position).
  • You are able to effectively organize team work, develop employees and ensure their involvement.
  • You have strong communication and leadership skills, you know how to motivate a team and constructively solve situations.
  • You are able to make decisions quickly and confidently even in an intensive work environment.
  • You are result-oriented, responsible, proactive and strive for continuous improvement.
  • You have a technical or managerial education (advantage).
  • You are able to work with a computer (MS Office).
  • Experience in the areas of LEAN, process efficiency or production indicator analysis is a great advantage.
