Production Administrator / Product Packer

We are a studio where we design and produce products for several of our own brands, working with sustainable fashion and linen. We are a small team, so everyone here has real responsibility and influence on daily processes

Likes order, structure and clarity. A person who naturally "holds everything in his hands" and sees what is happening around him.

This is an independent job, so it is important that you are able to plan your time, make decisions and feel responsible for your area.

It is a big advantage if you have experience in a clothing store, accounting, administration or have worked in a small company where many different things are happening at the same time.

It is important that:

you are able to work with documents and systems
you feel confident working with a computer
Lithuanian is strong, and English is required in writing
you are meticulous, responsible and have good organizational skills
you are able to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines

Your day will be varied, but with a clear structure:

you will print orders and hand them over to the tailor
you will pack the finished products and prepare them for shipping
you will form shipments in the system (e.g. FedEx)
you will administer returned orders
you will track the consumption of raw materials and order what is missing
you will carry out inventories at the end of the month
you will monitor the total product balances
you will check the quality of the products and notice defects
you will record the work of the tailors and cooperate with the accountant
you will collect invoices and handle administrative documents
you will communicate with suppliers, customs brokers, IT or shipment managers
you will make sure that everything runs smoothly in the studio, from order to processes

You will be the person who knows where everything is and what is happening. In other words, the “axis” of the studio
