Nature of work:
- Administration, issuance and maintenance of clothing and lockers for production employees;
- Replacing the archivist and assisting in organizing and administering the archive;
- Maintaining order in common production premises and kitchenette;
- Welcoming and receiving customers and company guests in the administration;
- Assisting in solving various daily administrative issues;
- Other tasks related to the smooth operation of the company.
Working hours:
Mon-Fri 08:00–17:00
Employee requirements:
- Responsibility and orderliness;
- Ability to organize one's work and adhere to agreements;
- Communicative and pleasant communication with colleagues and clients;
- Initiative - to notice what is missing and make sure that everything is in its place;
- Ability to independently solve everyday situations;
- Teamwork skills.
