Your future responsibilities:
Administration of the internal task management system;
Organization and recording of meetings;
Preparation of production reports and documents;
Preparation of processes and procedures of the production department;
Control of time sheets of production employees;
Execution of tasks assigned by the production manager.

Employee requirements:
Higher/postgraduate education;
Work experience in the field of administration;
Knowledge of clerical rules and business etiquette;
Excellent computer skills;
Flexibility, ability to identify priorities when working with many tasks (deadline management);
Results-oriented, initiative, ability to work in a team and independently;
Knowledge of LEAN standards is an advantage.
