FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculation of raw materials and materials requirements according to production plans, consumption and current balances.
- Planning, submitting and controlling delivery dates for materials orders.
- Checking and recording received goods documents in the accounting system.
- Inventory control, inventory and inventory optimization.
- Cooperation with production, warehouse, finance and external suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in supply, purchasing, inventory accounting or production supply.
- Good Excel skills: formulas, spreadsheets, data analysis.
- Ability to work with Microsoft 365 programs.
- Ability to independently plan work, meet deadlines and priorities.
- Knowledge of English for communication with suppliers and understanding documents.
- Diligence, accuracy, responsibility and ability to work with numbers.
ADVANTAGES:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
