Your responsibilities:
- I will cooperate with employment agencies and coordinate temporary staffing orders and the recruitment process.
- You will be responsible for on-the-job training of temporary staff and introduction to production.
- You will ensure the timely supply of production and administration supplies.
- You will draw up an annual budget for production supplies, regularly monitoring actual costs against the budget.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and fostering the standards applied in the company.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education or work experience in the food industry, process management, planning or similar fields.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- You have very good computer skills.
- You are responsible, meticulous, have analytical thinking, are able to work in a team, are proactive and are able to solve problems.
