Nature of work
- Production creation and administration – creation of production orders in the systems, entering the necessary data and controlling their correctness.
- Accounting and closing of production orders – checking and analyzing the manufactured products, consumed raw materials, by-products and other production data and closing production orders in the system.
- Control of raw materials and production balances – reconciliation of the balances provided by the warehouse with the data in the system, identification of discrepancies, analysis of the causes.
- Control of data transfer between systems – identification of errors and discrepancies and coordination of their resolution.
- Execution of monthly write-offs of raw materials and materials – calculation of write-offs based on actual production data, preparation and registration of accounting documents in the system.
- Analysis of production accounting data and preparation of reports – ensuring data accuracy, preparing information for management as needed.
Work schedule on weekdays 7:30-16:00
We hope that your strong qualities
- Higher / higher education in accounting, finance, economics, management or a related field.
- Experience working with accounting and business management systems, preferably in the field of production accounting; experience working with Oracle and (or) SVS systems is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting processes and principles, ability to understand the processes of production, raw material write-off, production accounting and balance control.
- Good skills in working with MS Excel, ability to analyze, reconcile and systematize large-scale data, identify discrepancies and their causes.
- Diligence, responsibility and analytical thinking, ability to independently organize work, meet deadlines and cooperate with employees of production, warehouse, finance and IT departments.
