We invite a production accountant to join us who not only likes order in numbers, but also wants to understand how accounting relates to the real production process.
WHAT DO YOU DO EVERY DAY?
- Entering and registering purchase and sales invoices in the accounting system;
- Checking invoices, requisites and VAT codes, resolving errors and discrepancies;
- Working with "Rivile" - creating supplier, buyer and product cards and data control;
- Issuing production invoices and advance invoices;
- Providing i.SAF data and correcting discrepancies;
- Writing off raw materials and materials according to projects and technological cards;
- Fuel accounting and writing off, fuel card and car control;
- Entering bank transactions and reconciling bank balances;
- Controlling, reconciling and preparing payments for debts of buyers and suppliers;
- Inventory inventory and reconciling accounting balances;
- Accounting for project income and expenses and preparing reports;
- Preparation of information and documents required for GPAIS data and transfer to the administering company;
- Filling in EPRIS data and administering documents;
- Participation in monthly and annual accounting closing processes and assistance to the chief accountant.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting;
- Experience working with "Rivile";
- Knowledge of the basics of accounting and VAT;
- Good MS Excel skills;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to independently solve emerging issues and cooperate with colleagues.
