We are growing our team and are currently looking for a diligent, responsible and analytical Production Accountant. In this position, you will be the main person ensuring the register of incoming and outgoing waste flows, control of the movement of raw materials and production, and accurate data entry in accounting systems.
Nature of work and responsibilities:
- maintaining and constantly monitoring the register of incoming and outgoing waste flows;
- checking and registering the weighing of incoming raw materials/waste and outgoing production, accompanying documents and waybills;
- writing off raw materials and materials to production processes according to the established normative yields and actual data;
- accounting for manufactured products, semi-finished products and processed materials;
- tracking actual and systematic site and warehouse balances, identifying and analyzing deviations;
- participating in periodic and unscheduled inventories of materials and production;
- preparing and submitting reports on waste/raw material flows and production volumes to management.
Requirements for the candidate(s):
- higher education or higher education (in the field of finance, accounting, logistics, - environmental protection or economics - an advantage);
- at least 1 year of experience in the field of production, warehouse or waste management accounting
- excellent skills in working with MS Excel (data filtering, formulas, report preparation)
- experience in working with accounting systems (Rivile, GPAIS or others);
- basic understanding skills about waste management, weighing and production processes;
- responsibility, diligence, attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
