Main tasks
- Accounting, control of purchase invoices and purchase operations of goods and services and ensuring their proper registration;
- Entering primary accounting documents into the accounting program;
- Accounting and control of production operations;
- Accounting, control and analysis of warehouse goods and raw material balances;
- Analysis of the movement, consumption and demand of warehouse balances;
- Preparation of information ensuring the optimal amount of inventory and identification of shortages and surpluses of inventory;
- Planning the demand for goods, raw materials and other components necessary for production;
- Formation of orders for suppliers based on actual balances, production demand and planned consumption;
- Communication with suppliers, coordination of orders and control of their execution;
- Control of orders, deliveries and related documents for goods;
- Analysis of financial and operational data and preparation of internal reports for the manager;
- Control and improvement of the company's inventory, purchasing and supply processes;
- Preparation and submission of GPAIS and Intrastat reports;
- Performance of other tasks related to accounting, finance, supply and control of the company's activities.
What do we expect from the candidate
- Higher or higher education in accounting, finance, economics or a similar field or relevant work experience;
- Work experience in accounting, financial control, supply or warehouse management;
- Ability to analyze financial and warehouse data and make decisions based on them;
- Good Excel and general computer literacy;
- Ability to independently manage inventory balances, plan demand and form orders;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting and taxes;
- Knowledge of English;
- Ability to independently organize work, set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Responsibility, diligence and analytical thinking;
- Initiative and ability to independently solve everyday situations;
- Good communication and cooperation skills.
We will consider it an advantage
- Experience working with FINVALDA accounting software;
- Experience working with Odoo ERP system;
- Experience in a manufacturing company;
- Experience in inventory, supply or procurement management;
- Experience in analyzing warehouse balances and planning inventory needs.
